Land Of This Guy

This phenomenon (cars/vehicles running right into buildings/homes/businesses) occurs with such frequency around here (and elsewhere probably, but I have to stick to local) that it seems there should be a guy who cleans them all up. Notice how I was careful not to assign this type of driver a specific age or gender, other than implying it was the very elderly or the very young for different reasons.

Also, two days after the cartoon came out in print, this happened. No comment.
