Moogfest has been moved from New York to Asheville and sources say, it may now move to Durham. Are they to blame for being too ungrateful for the incentives the city and county gave them to prop up their privately-held corporate event or is Asheville/Buncombe County being ungrateful for all the business and publicity the fest brought the city? You can hopefully read this cartoon both ways.
